Preparation of Document
After receiving complete information about the company name and address, business sectors, and charter capital, we draft and prepare the necessary documents.
Submision of application
Submit the enterprise registration application, monitor its progress, and work directly with the Department of Planning and Investment on behalf of the client under authorization to complete the registration.
Digital Signature Reg. & Tax Filing
Once the application is approved and the enterprise/tax code is issued, we proceed with digital signature registration, company stamp engraving, electronic tax declaration, bank account, and submission of tax.
Hand-over of document
Deliver the Business Registration Certificate, digital signature token, company stamp, and any related documents (if applicable).
